Michał Przewłocki

visibility DISPLAYS: 123

Michał Przewłocki has been associated with art since childhood. Already as a child, he often visited the National Museum in Warsaw, where his mother, an art historian, worked. It was my first contact with painting and my first inspiration. Each visit to the museum and the opportunity to see the works was a great experience. Ultimately, however, he decided to study at the Faculty of Physics of the Warsaw University of Technology, obtaining a PhD in physical sciences. The choice of physics was caused by the desire to understand the principles of the world around us. Art adds an aspect related to the subjective perception and feeling of phenomena. It complements what science says. It not only recreates reality, but also creates it. Returning to creativity is one of the most valuable experiences. In painting, he is fascinated by the ability to capture a moment and convey emotions, as well as the ability to go beyond what is. In addition to painting, he also deals with drawing and photography. Author of individual exhibitions: Szelest Myśli, Wilanów Cultural Center, Warsaw (2017); +/- infinity, PKO Bank Polski Headquarters, Warsaw (2017).
