Jan Dubrowin

Jan Dubrowin was born in 1957. He studied at the State College of Fine Arts in Łódź (currently the Academy of Fine Arts). He obtained a diploma in 1981 in the field of unique fabric. Since then he has participated in all environmental exhibitions.

Repeatedly presented his work at individual and collective exhibitions in the country and abroad, among others in Rzeszów, Tarnów, Poznań, Nowy Sącz, Kalisz, Sieradz, Bielsko-Biała, Radom, Warsaw, Łódź, Toruń, Bełchatów, Kostrom, Esslingen, Girona, Rivne, Prague. He took part in many open-air paintings and post-outdoor exhibitions.

He is a laureate of many awards and distinctions. His works are in private collections and in art galleries. He actively participates in the cultural life of the city and the environment. In 2006, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of his creative work, he was awarded the "Bronze Medal for Merit to the City of Piotrków Trybunalski."
