Adam Oroń

A graduate of Painting at the Faculty of Arts of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2014, he obtained a master's degree in art in the studio of dr hab. Wiesław Procia. He deals with oil painting, watercolors, drawings and illustrative works. The main trend in the artist's work is the creation of a painterly interpretation of images from old photographs, film frames and posters. In most cases, the works are realistic in nature, but the photography of the place or character also often becomes a starting point for creating more unreal and surreal visions. Dark, subdued colors, an aura of silence and an element of anxiety make up the characteristic atmosphere of the artist's paintings.
