Józef Panfil

Józef Panfil was born in 1958 in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. He studied at the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.
In 1987 he received a creative scholarship from the Minister of Culture and Art. He is a laureate of, among others awards in the Polish National Competition Leon Wyczółkowski, Awards at the 24th National Exhibition "Bielska Jesień", Distinctions in the 14th National Competition J. Spychalski and the Grand Prix at the Biennial of Small Painting Forms.
Works by Józef Panfil are in, among others at the Art Exhibitions Bureau in Piotrków Trybunalski and Częstochowa, the Museum of Kujawska and Dobrzyńsko in Włocławek, the Museum of the History of the City of Łódź and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Radom.
